Local Cleaning Services vs. Corporations: A Cost and Quality Comparison

First, I am local and I wouldn't want somebody in the same city I'm living in, nor region having a bad opinion of me as a cleaner or business owner, client manager.. the list goes on. But these larger businesses and organization control their reviews and have paid reviews and much more.

These big corporations have all sorts of hidden fees and want to pay less attention to detail and have you pay top price as I am completely different and I'll be honest with pricing and have no hidden fees, which is said and done.

I am sure they want the best for their clients, but with a bigger and more corporate operation with a large influx of people they have a multitude of clients and different people hired on a daily basis which causes less consistent client interaction and previously wanted jobs completed a certain way at a minimum.

I want to keep my clients, if need be I'd advise or direct them to somebody trusted that knows what they're doing as i would want them to have the best experience possible.

I would want to keep a consistent recall basis with all of my clients. If I do anything wrong I'd like to be told that and I would love to get to the bottom of the ordeal and fix it. Bigger entities will often not resolve the issue at their own cost but offer a discount on their next job with you.

Nobody's perfect and I am far from it but these organizations have people pay for products that they get for free by advertisements, Ads and company product testings and so much more, the list goes on.

I simply do the best I can meeting clients needs can. Still giving the best results possible as these larger entities are reusing products and equipment to keep the cost base of products and equipment at a minimum.
