Welcome to [Styles Cleaning Services] ("we", "our", or "us" and "i"). These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our cleaning services and website. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions
1. Definitions
*Client/Customer: Refers to the individual or business that books and receives the cleaning services.
*Service: Refers to the cleaning tasks provided by Styles Cleaning Services.
*Refers to the agreement(*s)/contract created between the Client and Styles Cleaning Services.

2. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email. Once confirmed, the booking becomes a binding agreement¤l
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or equipment failure. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible
3. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Credit card, Cash, Bank Transfer and more
Recurring services may be billed on a weekly/monthly basis, and agreed payments must be paid within the same day as the jobs complete
Failure to pay can result in service suspension or legal actions
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations: Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least [36] hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If the cancellation occurs within [36] hours of the appointment, a fee of 75% of the service cost may apply due to the possibility of having another job on that time and day that could have resulted in the same or more pay. It will be marked and I am not wanting to do this so let's please avoid it
Rescheduling: (*You can reschedule a booking by contacting us. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in the termination of future services)
5. Refunds
(*If the Client is not satisfied with the service. Styles Cleaning Services must be notified within [12 hours] of the service. We will offer to re-clean to the affected area(s) or provide a partial refund at our discretion. I am a magnificent cleaner and I do my most best to avoid this happening)
(*No refunds will be issued if the service has already been provided, except in cases where we fail to perform the agreed-upon tasks)
6. Access to Property
The Client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time. If we are unable to access the property, a lockout fee of [50]% of the service cost will apply
If you provide us with a key or alarm code, we will ensure its secure handling. However, Styles Cleaning Services cannot be held responsible for any issues related to third-party access or misuse beyond our control
7. Liability
*Damage: We will take care while cleaning your property. In the event of accidental damage, you must notify us within [2 hours] of service completion. We will repair or compensate for any damages up to 75% of the cost. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile items not disclosed to us before the service
*Health & Safety: We reserve the right to refuse service if working conditions are unsafe or unhealthy. This includes but is not limited to mold, hazardous waste, or pest infestations
*Third-Party Liability: We are not liable for any damages or issues caused by third-party contractors or external circumstances
8. Service Quality and Guarantees
*We guarantee to perform all cleaning tasks to the best of our abilities. If you are dissatisfied, we must be notified within [2 hours], and we will return to re-clean the area in question at no additional cost
*Our guarantee does not cover circumstances beyond our control, such as external damage, vandalism, or improper use of cleaned areas after the service.
9. Client Responsibilities
*Property Conditions: The Client is responsible for ensuring that the property is in reasonable condition for cleaning. This includes clearing personal items, furniture, or obstacles that may hinder the cleaning process.
Pets: The Client must inform us of any pets on the property before the service. We are not responsible for securing pets, so please ensure they are kept safe during the cleaning processing.
10. Privacy Policy

11. Termination of Services
